Get into Batch Cooking. Less hectic doesn’t necessarily mean less busy, and by preparing large batches of food at the beginning of the week, you save yourself a lot of time when it comes to grocery shopping, meal prep, and clean-up. That’s why now is the time to make exercise part of your day to day so that you have your routines in place before the dark, cold days take hold. Enlist a colleague to take walking breaks with you. Try a new exercise class with a friend or family member. Download an exercise app or two with 5-15 minute workouts. There are so many ways to get active, and the more active you are, the more you will want to be!
Take Your Supplements. It is so easy to get out of the routine of taking your supplements, especially if you’ve been away from home at all this summer.
