If you contact our customer service team, they can provide assistance in tailoring your subscription or answer any questions you may have. We are very interested hear your views, as they will help us to develop our user support, products and services. We have expert assistance on hand, including access to a dietitians and doctors, so we are ideally placed to help you.

Our customer service is available on ordinary weekdays between 8.00 am and 12.00 (noon) CET. We are closed on the weekend and on Bank Holidays.

We also offer a smart subscription solution for Baricol® Complete that saves you money. You can choose to receive your subscription at regular delivery intervals; every month, 3 months, 6 months or once a year. It is easy to change flavors or formulations in between your shipment intervals.

Worldwide delivery

Through our e-store you are able to order Baricol® Complete to almost anywhere in the world. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to charges and duties which will be payable by the customer as and when they arise. The customer should be aware of the import rules for the country the goods are to be sent to. No compensation will be paid in case of seizure by customs or other authorities.
