How do Baricol® Complete subscriptions work?

You choose which product you want to subscribe to and then your order is sent to you. Delivery time is estimated as 3-7 working days depending on where you order from in the world.

Differing time intervals

You can choose to receive your subscription at regular delivery intervals; every 3 months, every 6 months or once a year. If you choose to receive your subscription annually, you will receive one year’s supply of Baricol® Complete. By choosing an annual subscription you always have vitamin and mineral supplements on hand at home.

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to My account, in the top right corner
  2. Select Edit details in the left-hand column
  3. Enter your current password and the new password you want to change to; confirm by re-entering the new password
  4. Click on Save changes

How do I place an order?

  1. Go to Order in the menu bar
  2. Click on the product you want to order and then Select option
  3. Select flavour, tablet form and pack size under Select one option
  4. Click on Subscribe
  5. Go to Shopping basket in the menu bar
  6. Select View shopping basket or Go to checkout
  7. Enter your Personal details
  8. Select Payment method
  9. Click on Subscribe

All orders placed before 12.00 pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.  Orders placed after 12.00pm, at the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be given priority on the next working day.

How do I suspend my subscription?

  1. Go to My account in the top right corner
  2. Select My subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you want to suspend, click on View
  4. Click on the Suspend button

    “My account” will display a confirmation that you have paused your
    subscription. You will also receive an e-mail with this information.
  5. To reactivate your subscription, click on the Reactivate button

How do I change my subscription?

  1. Go to My account in the top right corner
  2. Select My subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription that you want to change the flavour/formulation (chewable or effervescent tablet) for, click on View
    Note: It is not possible to change the time interval of your subscription here. To amend the time of your deliveries email our customer service team at customerservices@baricol.com
  4. Click on Change subscription

  5. Select an option for your new subscription.
    Note: Once the change has been completed, the amount that will be charged in accordance with the payment interval previously selected is displayed. Payment is taken at the time of the next delivery.
  6. Click on Subscribe
    Note: To make changes to your subscription, the purchasing process must be repeated. This will not result in a double order.
  7. Go to checkout

  8. Make sure that all information is correct and click on Subscribe

  9. You will receive a message confirming that you have changed your subscription. You will also receive an e-mail with this information.

How do I terminate my subscription?

You can terminate your subscription by e-mailing our customer service, customerservices@baricol.com, or by calling customer service on +44 01794 874240To ensure a smooth process, please e-mail from the e-mail address used to register your account and give your subscription ID. You will find your subscription ID under your account. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.

Want to resume a cancelled subscription? Simply go to the cancelled subscription and click on Resume subscription. Once this is done, your subscription will automatically be placed in your shopping basket. Complete the payment as normal.
